1. Digital Product Commercial License

When you purchase a Canva template pack, spreadsheet, or marketing toolkit from Poponi Digital, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, commercial license to customize, brand, edit, and utilize the assets for your own personal or business operations, or on behalf of direct clients.

Restrictions: You may not sub-license, resell, redistribute, or share the raw Canva template links, master spreadsheet files, or source archives on marketplaces, peer-to-peer file sharing networks, or digital product stores as standalone design assets.

2. Intellectual Property & Canva Compliance

All Poponi Digital templates are original designs built in compliance with Canva Creator guidelines. Our templates utilize standard, non-restricted Canva free fonts and elements. We do not extract or redistribute third-party Canva Pro stock assets outside Canva's native licensing structure.

3. Disclaimer of Professional Advice

Templates and calculators (including real estate marketing kits and financial spreadsheets) are provided for organizational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute formal legal, accounting, tax, or financial advisory services.
